Young Canada Works (YCW) is a federally-funded program that helps students who are currently in high school, college, or university find summer jobs and learn new skills. These summer jobs provide students with both income and experience while fitting into their academic schedule. YCW also offers internships for recent graduates, including Young Canada Works in Heritage Organizations (YCWHO), Young Canada Works at Building Careers in Heritage (YCWBCH), and Young Canada Works in Both Official Languages. YCW’s internships help graduates gain experience and knowledge that is tailored to their field.
