Serving Communities Internship Program (SCIP)

SCIP was an internship program run by Volunteer Alberta that offered post-secondary students $1000 in exchange for completing a volunteering internship with an Alberta nonprofit. The program allowed students to give back to their communities while gaining valuable job skills and industry connections.

SCIP's funding was not renewed for the 2019-2020 program year, and the program is currently under review.
